Tentative Confirmation

On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (between 30-50% of total rental).

Reservation Confirmation

Due to high demand our villa is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our US$ bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation is confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on " first come, first serve" basis.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special cases. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re fundable unless the owner agrees.

Payment in full is required 21 days before arrival. Payment should be made as a Bank Transfer to our account. Where allbali-villas is unable to confirm the initial requested accommodation an alternative may be offered and an email will be sent to advise you of the details. The reservation will be held for 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance by return mail. Deposit or Full Payment is required within 1 week of the booking. If we do not receive payment for accommodation within the specified time this will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates

We have minimum stay requirements at most of the allbali-villas of 3 nights. Some villas might agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.
